The Order of Service Help Guide
We, at TheOrderOfService.com, have worked hard to produce an intuitive, easy, but comprehensive service sheet creation system. Creating a bespoke service is simple and fast, and the process is only three basic steps.
1. How Long Does It Take For My Order to Come?
We will deliver the next working day if you place your order before 12.00pm. Orders taken after 12.00pm will be delivered within 2 working days. Please check with us if you are unsure about our delivery times.
2. How Are They Delivered?
Delivery is made by courier, not in the post. It will arrive before 4pm on the given day of delivery. You can ask to have them delivered sooner or to send them to an alternative address, such as a relative or to the Funeral Director.
3. What Do I Do If I Get Stuck Creating My Order Of Service?

4. What Is The Quality Like?
Your service is printed on our award winning printing presses and we use a thick card for the cover with high quality paper for the inside. They are creased, folded and safely boxed for delivery.
5. What's the Finished Size of The Order of Service?
Standard A5, portrait, 148mm across, 210mm deep, like an A4 sheet folded in half. It will usually consist of 4 or 8 pages.
6. How does the PDF only option work?
We will supply you a print ready high resolution PDF by email once we have received payment. Then you can print that PDF at home, take it to a printer or copy shop for them to print for you on the paper of your choice. You just pay the printer for the printing at their normal rates.
7. How Many Copies Can I Order?
The minimum number of copies is 30 and increases in steps of 25. For orders over 200 the price per unit stays the same as for 200 copies.
8. How Do I Pay?
You will be asked for payment on a secure server by credit card or paypal at the point of final ordering. You will receive a confirmation email with your receipt and invoice. Your funeral home may have an account with us and they may take care of payments on your behalf.
9. How Do I Know My Order Has Been Processed?
For every order placed with us, there will be an email immediately sent to the email address you have registered. This will show: family name, your own reference, the cost and the delivery address. You can also check the status of your order by logging in to your account and viewing the status on your Home page.
